Ingredients
250 g cooked & dressed shrimps
1 avocado, peeled & chopped
1 small hearted lettuce
2 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE
2 tbsp Tuimato sauce
2 tbsp cream
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients together, including SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE and beat well. Stir in shrimps.
Arrange lettuce, 1 leaf per plate, then spoon cocktail mixture and avocado evenly on the leaves. Squeeze lemon juice over the avocado, season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and serve.
