Ingredients
350 g shrimps
½ cup Thousand Island dressing
2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
dash of brandy
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
iceberg lettuce
Directions
Thaw shrimps (if frozen) and drain well. Combine dressing, SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO and brandy then season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. Mix well then toss shrimps in the sauce and chill until ready to serve.
Slice the lettuce finely and arrange in individual glasses then top with chilled shrimp mix. Provide toothpicks.
