Ingredients

3 tbsp rice bran oil
500 g prepared shrimp
5 cloves garlic, minced
100 ml white wine
455 g pkt linguine pasta
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp oregano, dried
¼ tsp basil, dried
170 g feta cheese, crumbed
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON

Directions

In a wok, cook shrimp and garlic for 1 minute. Add wine and cook 4 minutes until the shrimp is pink. Remove shrimp with slotted spoon and set aside.
Cook pasta as per packet. Meanwhile, cook tomatoes with remaining oil and oregano, basil and SIDS CRAZY LEMON for 3 minutes. Toss hot drained pasta with shrimp, tomato sauce and feta then serve.
