Ingredients

250 g gluten free liguine pasta
1 tbsp rice bran oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup chicken broth, Gluten Free
¼ cup white wine
1 lemon, juiced
½ tsp lemon zest
1 tsp black pepper, ground
500 g fresh shrimp, peeled & deveined
¼ cup butter
3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON

Directions

Cook liguini in salted water until al denté, about 9-13 minutes, then drain.
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté garlic about 1 minute. Mix in chicken broth, white wine, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper and SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced by half.
Mix shrimp, butter, parsley and basil into the pan and cook 2-3 minutes until shrimp is opaque. Stir in liguini and continue cooking for 2 minutes and stir until pasta is well coated.
