Ingredients

500 g linguine pasta
4 tbsp SIDS SPRING ONION OIL
4 tbsp butter
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 kg large uncooked shrimp, peeled, tailed & deveined
⅓ cup lemon juice
⅓ cup fresh parsley chopped
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Directions

Bring salted water to a boil then cook linguine pasta, according to package instructions to al denté, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside. Don't forget to set aside some pasta water.
While pasta is cooking, preheat butter and SIDS SPRING ONION OIL on medium-high in a large frying pan. Add in minced garlic and cook for about 15 seconds. Add in shrimp and cook on both sides until lightly pink, about 3 minutes on each side.
Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and lemon juice. Simmer for a minute or so.
Add pasta to the pan then toss all together. If you find that pasta is looking a bit dry, add some of the reserved pasta water. Top it with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy.
