Shrimp Marinade

Soak your shrimps in this marinade for 1 hour before cooking for a wonderful taste experience. Good for fish too.

Ingredients

1 kg shrimp, peeled
½ cup rice bran oil
½ cup lemon juice
6 cloves garlic, fine minced
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
2 tbsp chopped parsley
4 tsp Kaitaia Fire
6 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON

Directions

Add SIDS CRAZY LEMON, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all the ingredients in a bowl with the shrimp and stir to combine.
Refrigerate no longer than 30 minutes or the shrimp will get tough.
Meanwhile, soak the skewers in water.
Slide shrimp onto the skewers then grill for 2 minutes each side.
Pour remaining marinade into a small pot, bring to the boil then remove from the heat.
Pour the marinade into a ramekin and serve with the skewers.
