Ingredients
1 cup NZ butter
1 tbsp brown seed mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp Green Ginger wine
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp parsley, minced
1 kg shrimp, peeled
1 pkt egg noodles
Directions
Preheat oven to 230°C. Shell, devein and remove tails off the shrimp.
In a small pan, combine butter, brown seed mustard, lemon juice, wine, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, garlic and parsley. When the butter melts completely, remove from the heat. Arrange shrimp in a shallow baking dish then pour over the butter mixture.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until shrimp is pink and opaque. Meanwhile, cook noodles as per packet.
Serve shrimp on a bed of noodles and pour any leftovers from the baking dish over the shrimp.
