Ingredients

500 g peeled & deveined cooked shrimp, chopped
170 g crabmeat or surimi, drained
2 celery sticks, finely chopped
¼ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
24 small lettuce leaves
Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab and celery. Add SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO then toss to coat. To serve, top each leaf with about 2 tablespoons shrimp mixture. Top with chopped parsley.
