Ingredients

STIR FRY SAUCE:--
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
⅓ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cornflour
SHRIMP STIR FRY:--
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 large orange bell pepper, cut into strips
1 cup snow peas
1 kg raw large shrimp, peeled & deveined
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¼ cup spring onions, sliced

Directions

STIR FRY SAUCE:
In a small bowl, whisk all the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
SHRIMP STIR FRY:
Preheat a wok or large frypan with oil over medium high heat. Add in the sliced bell pepper and snow peas. Cook until golden brown. (about 3-5 minutes) Remove the peppers from the pan and set them aside.
In the same pan, cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 4 minutes.
Add veggies, SIDS CRAZY SALT and spring onions to the mix. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and the veggies. Cook for an additional 2-4 minutes.
Veggies added back to the pan.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
