Ingredients
500 g ground beef
2 onions, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 orange capsicum, chopped
1 tbsp rice bran oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
280 g raw tomatoes
790 g stewed tomatoes
395 g kidney beans (do not drain)
395 g pinto beans (do not drain)
395 g Tuimato sauce
2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
1 tsp Kaitaia Fire
Directions
Add ground beef, onion, celery, capsicum and oil in a large stock pot and cook until mince is browned, about 8-10 minutes. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Add raw tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, kidney & pinto beans, Tuimato sauce, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR, Kaitaia Fire and mix well.
Heat over medium high heat until boiling. Reduce heat to simmer and cover for 1 hour. Stir in vinegar. Thicken if necessary.
Serve topped with shredded cheddar or Parmesan cheese.
