Ingredients
2 salmon fillets, skin on
¼ cup SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
2 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a 30x 15 cm baking dish. Place the salmon fillets into the baking dish with skin sides down.
Stir SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE and SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR together in a small bowl then generously brush the mixture over the salmon.
Bake in the oven until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, 35-40 minutes. Brush again with the sauce mixture after the first 15 minutes of baking time.
