Ingredients
2 boiled saveloys
1 tin of baked beans
2 tsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
4 eggs
4 slices of your favourite bread
1 tbsp rice bran oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
In a small pot, heat the baked beans and mix gently with SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE. Toast bread. Slice saveloys in half longways then fry in a pan until slightly crunchy on the outside, then set aside. Fry or poach the eggs to your liking. (if poaching the eggs, drain well on paper towels)
Butter toast then place 2 pieces on each plate. On each piece of toast put 1 piece of saveloy, ¼ of the baked beans and 1 egg. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER then serve.
Slosh it all down with tea or coffee.
