Ingredients

1 tbsp rice bran oil
500 g lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 orange capsicum, seeded & chopped
4 tsp minced ginger
8 cloves garlic, minced (or more)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 tbsp Tuimato sauce
½ cup brown sugar
4 tbsp hoisin sauce
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp New York Cut pepper
1 pkt of egg noodles
4 spring onions, diced for garnish
Sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese

Directions

In a medium frypan with high sides and a lid, heat the oil until almost smoking, then brown the ground beef, along with the onion, capsicum, ginger and garlic, until cooked through. Use the back of a wooden spoon to make sure meat is broken up well.
Put SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and the remaining ingredients into the pan with the mince. Reduce heat to simmer. Let them sauté, covered, in the pan for about 30 minutes to allow the ground beef to absorb the flavours. Stir occasionally.
While the ground beef is cooking, get a pot of water started for the pasta noodles. (if you have any old flavour sachets from instant noodles, empty them into the water or add to the mince)
Once your pasta is done cooking, thicken the beef if necessary with cornflour and mix in the noodles. Cook, uncovered, for a couple of more minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
Top with spring onions and Parmesan for the perfect noodle dish.
