Ingredients
1 kg NZ salmon fillet
4 tbsp NZ butter
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 lemon sliced
Directions
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Rinse the fillets under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Place the salmon, skin down, on a baking tray lined with foil.
Top the salmon with pieces of butter and sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY LEMON, then top the salmon with lemon slices.
Bake the salmon for 6-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon fillet, until the salmon is almost cooked. Then, turn the oven up to high grill and cook for 3-4 more minutes.
