Ingredients
1 egg
½ - ¾ pot of boiling water
¼ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
½ cheese muffin
Directions
Heat the water to a gentle, rolling boil.
Crack an egg and slide into a cup.
Add SIDS SALT & PEPPER, and SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR to boiling water.
Maintaining rolling boil, whisk the water for 30 seconds to 1 minute until a strong, circular current of water has developed.
Immediately slide the egg into centre of boiling water current.
Let spin in water for 90 seconds – 2 minutes. (the longer in the water the more the yolk cooks)
Remove with slotted spoon and place onto paper towel.
Carefully dab egg with a paper towel to remove excess water.
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste and enjoy!
