Ingredients

2 very large potatoes
Rice bran oil
250 g beef mince
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 beef OXO cube
2 tsp water
1 bay leaf
1 tsp SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
1 small can of baked beans
Grated cheese
Sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY SALT

Directions

Microwave potatoes for about 8 minutes on full power until soft.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, fry off the mince and onion until brown with no lumps.
Add tomatoes, OXO cube dissolved in the water, bay leaf and SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often then cool.
Cut potatoes in half longways then scoop the potato out of the skins and add to the mince along with the baked beans.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Place skins on an oven tray covered with baking paper.
Simmer mince and beans for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Fill the skins with the mince and beans mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese and SIDS CRAZY SALT then put in oven until the cheese is a light golden brown.
