Ingredients
340 g whole grain spaghetti
1 tbsp rice bran oil
2 spring onions, thin sliced
1 cup frozen peas, defrosted
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp lemon zest
SIDS SALT & PEPPER
4 tbsp raw almonds
1 cup bean sprouts
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to packet directions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl then toss with oil, spring onions, peas, SIDS CRAZY LEMON lemon juice and lemon zest. Add more SIDS CRAZY LEMON, if desired, for more flavour. Season to taste with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Add almonds then toss again and serve immediately.
