Ingredients
2 nectarines
2 soft apricots
2 peaches
½ red pepper to taste
3 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp Jalapeno pepper
2 tbsp real orange juice
1 tsp sugar
1 spring onion, fine chopped
¼ cup coriander, chopped
1 tsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Peel and pit the peaches and nectarines. Flash ½ of everything in a blender except spring onion, coriander, SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR and SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Scrape into a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients.
Serve as a summer dip.
