Ingredients
3 tbsp rice bran oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp freshly minced ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch crushed red pepper
½ tsp coffee grounds
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE and all of the ingredients until combined. Place steaks into a sealable plastic bag and pour the marinade into the bag. Seal, shake to coat the meat then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours and up to 6 hours.
