Ingredients
250 g cream cheese, softened
½ cup icing sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 punnets strawberries, hulled & cored
1 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
Directions
Beat cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth then spoon into a piping bag or a resealabe bag with a corner snipped. Fill cavities of cored strawberries with the cream cheese mixture.
Serve with a ramekin of SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR for dipping.
