Ingredients
2 kg Beef Short Ribs cut into 7x5 cm pieces
3 cups beef stock
1 cup red wine
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Preheat a frypan on high heat. Brown short ribs on all sides until golden brown.
To a slow cooker, add beef stock, red wine, SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Add Beef Short Ribs to the slow cooker. Cook on HIGH for about 6 hours until the meat is tender.
Remove ribs. Move the liquids to a frypan and simmer for about 15 minutes until the liquid reaches desired thickness. Serve over the Beef Short Ribs. Enjoy.
