Ingredients
1 kg baby carrots
2 tbsp butter, melted
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Directions
Spray inside of 4 litre slow cooker with no stick cooking spray. Add carrots and melted butter then toss to coat. Cover.
Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours until tender.
Meanwhile, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and SIDS SALT & PEPPER in small bowl until well blended. Toss cooked carrots with brown sugar mixture in slow cooker just before serving.
