Ingredients
1 cured ham
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp SIDS OUDTSHORN MUSTARD
½ tsp ground cloves
¼ cup water
¼ cup SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
Directions
Ensure your ham will fit into your slow cooker before you start!
Mix together SIDS OUDTSHORN MUSTARD, sugar and cloves. (add a little SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR if the mixture is too dry) Pour water and vinegar into the cooker. Score the ham then rub the mixture all over and place in the cooker. Set to LOW and cook for 8 hours, basting occasionally.
