Ingredients

1 kg pork loin
1 tbsp olive oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER
Honey Lime Ginger Marinade:--
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
Juice of one lime
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp ground ginger or 1 tbsp fresh ginger
2 tbsp cornflour

Directions

Label a ziploc freezer bag.
In a small bowl whisk together the honey, soy sauce, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, lime juice, garlic cloves, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, olive oil and ginger.
Place pork in bag and pour in marinade then lay bag in a freezer.
When ready to cook, thaw overnight in fridge.
Pour contents of bag into slow cooker.
Cook 6-8 hours on LOW or 4-6 hours on HIGH.
Remove pork onto a platter and pour the juices in a medium saucepan. Cook the marinade over medium high heat and whisk in the cornflour. Cook for a few minutes until it starts to thicken then pour over the pork.
Garnish with optional lime wedges and fresh chopped coriander and serve.
