Ingredients
1 cup cashews
½ cup nutritional yeast (brewers yeast)
1 tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 clove of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
A pinch of salt
1½ cups water
1 tbsp agar agar powder
Directions
Place half the water, SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB and everything else apart from the agar agar into a blender and blitz until smooth.
In a pan, put in the remaining half of the water and the agar agar then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Make sure no lumps of agar agar form at the bottom then take off the heat and stir in the cashew mixture until combined.
Pour into a mould and chill for 2 hours.
Enjoy within 3 days and keep chilled.
