Ingredients

1 cup flaked smoked kahawai
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
zest of 1 lemon, fine grated
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp parsley, minced
1 tbsp snipped chives
1 gherkin, fine diced
1 tbsp lemon rind, minced
1 tbsp capers, drained & chopped

Directions

Mix SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, SIDS SALT & PEPPER, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and everything, except the fish, together thoroughly. Add the fish and lightly mix.
Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley and serve.
