Ingredients

1 tin smoked herring
2 lettuce leaves, dried & shredded
SIDS SALT & PEPPER
6 slices of white bread
1 tbsp SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE

Directions

Carefully lay a strip of smoked herring onto the bread and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Drizzle some of the liquid from the tin onto it and add some shredded lettuce. Roll up and flatten slightly then place in a sandwich maker or hot pan until bread is toasted on both sides. Put SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE in a ramekin for dipping. Serve rolls hot.
