Ingredients
500 g ground beef
500 g ground pork
8 strips bacon, cooked & chopped
2 eggs whisked
½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup milk
1 tbsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
1 tsp garlic powder
½ cup onion chopped
½ tsp ground black pepper
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat and prepare oven to 160°C.
In a large mixing bowl combine SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB and all ingredients. Shape into a loaf then cook until the internal temperature is 74°C, which should take about 1½ hours.
Remove from oven, slice and serve immediately.
