Ingredients
250 g cream cheese, softened
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
250 g smoked salmon flakes
1 Lebanese cucumber
Directions
Gently sprinkle SIDS CRAZY SALT evenly over the cream cheese then fold in the salmon.
Using a potato peeler, slice cucumber lengthways.
Spread mixture thinly on the cucumber slices then roll up.
You may want to secure with toothpicks.
