Ingredients
3 BAPS, split and very lightly toasted
170 g cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp capers, drained & divided, optional
170 g thinly sliced smoked salmon
⅓ cup thinly sliced red onion or shallots
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Spread the toasted BAP bottom halves with cream cheese. Sprinkle half the capers over the cream cheese, if desired. Top with sliced smoked salmon, rest of the capers, onion, and SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Place the top half on the sandwich, squeeze very slightly and enjoy.
