Smoked Salmon & Lime Croissants

Ingredients

8 large croissants
10 slices (450-500 g) smoked salmon
¼ tbsp fresh minced garlic
1 tbsp lime juice
250 g cream cheese
8 small lettuce leaves, cup shaped
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON

Directions

Dice and slice smoked salmon into desired shape and size. Blend horseradish, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, garlic and lime juice into cream cheese. Add in half of the smoked salmon and roughly mix together.
Slice each croissant approximately ⅔ of the way through. Insert lettuce leaf and pieces of salmon into each croissant then spoon cream cheese mixture on top of salmon slices.
Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER then serve.
