Ingredients

100 g smoked salmon
200 g low-fat soft cheese
100 g crème fraîche
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
Juice 1 lemon
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Drizzle of EV olive oil, to serve
Black olives
Toasted pita bread

Directions

Tip the salmon, soft cheese, crème fraîche, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and lemon juice into a food processor. Blitz everything until smooth, then stir in a sprinkle of SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. Spoon the mix into a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and serve with toasted pita bread and olives.
