Ingredients
1 small shallot, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped leek
2 tbsp white or black sesame seeds
1 tbsp GF Tamari sauce
¼ cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
Juice of 1 large lime with zest
1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
1 tsp raw bush honey
1 red chilli pepper, thinly sliced to taste
140 g smoked salmon, roughly chopped
1 Lebanese cucumber
sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY LEMON
Directions
In a medium bowl combine shallot, leek sesame seeds, Tamari sauce, coriander, lime, sesame oil, honey and chilli. Add salmon and mix together.
Partially peel the cucumber and cut into about 2 cm thick slices. Using a small melon baller or spoon scoop out the middle creating small cups.
Using the melon baller fill the cucumber cups with salmon tartare. Top with desired toppings then a very light sprinkle of SIDS CRAZY LEMON.
