Ingredients
250 g smoked salmon, shaved
400 g mascarpone cheese
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
⅓ cup chives
⅓ cup fresh dill
freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Directions
Sprinkle SIDS CRAZY SALT evenly over the mascarpone. Spread slices of smoked salmon on a cutting board. Spoon a dollop of the mascarpone cheese on top and a sprinkling of chives and dill. Gently roll up each salmon slice to envelop the cheese. Repeat with the remaining salmon and place on a serving tray. Finish with a sprinkling of freshly cracked black pepper and garnish with fresh dill and chives.
