Ingredients
4x 4 cm steaks
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL
Directions
Use a paper towel to pat you steaks dry on all sides. Marinate the steaks in SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE for 15 minutes.
Coat steaks with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Coat the bottom of your pan with SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL. Place the steaks in the pan and sear for approximately 2 minutes per side, turning every 15 seconds. Cook until the internal temperature of your steak reaches your desired doneness: 51°C, (rare) 57°C, (medium rare) 63°C, (medium).
Remove the steaks from the pan to rest for 5 minutes. Serve with an additional sprinkle of SIDS SALT & PEPPER, if desired.
