Smoking is an incredibly delicious way to prepare steak. It comes off the grill juicy and full of flavour. You don't need to get fancy with seasonings, as the smoke does most of the work for you.

Ingredients

4x 4 cm steaks
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE
SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL

Directions

Use a paper towel to pat you steaks dry on all sides. Marinate the steaks in SIDS SMOKEY GARLIC SAUCE for 15 minutes.
Coat steaks with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Coat the bottom of your pan with SIDS PEPPER & GARLIC OIL. Place the steaks in the pan and sear for approximately 2 minutes per side, turning every 15 seconds. Cook until the internal temperature of your steak reaches your desired doneness: 51°C, (rare) 57°C, (medium rare) 63°C, (medium).
Remove the steaks from the pan to rest for 5 minutes. Serve with an additional sprinkle of SIDS SALT & PEPPER, if desired.
