Smokey Avocado Burger with Pineapple Pepper Relish

Ingredients
4 ground beef patties
4 hamburger buns, very fresh
SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
SPICY MAYO:--
3 tbsp SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
1 tsp lime juice
½ tsp cayenne pepper
AVOCADO MASH:--
2 avocados
Juice of 1 lime
½ tsp garlic powder
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
PINEAPPLE PEPPER RELISH:--
1 cup diced pineapple
1 orange pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 tbsp fresh coriander
Juice of 1 lime
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Rub SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB on both sides of the burger patty. Let sit.
SPICY MAYO: Whisk SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO, cayenne pepper and lime juice until combined. Set aside.
AVOCADO MASH: In a bowl, mash avocado with a fork until smooth, mix in lime juice, garlic powder and SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. Mix until combined. Set aside.
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Place whole orange pepper and whole yellow pepper on the grill. Grill each side for 3-4 minutes, until there is a slight char on each side. Remove and let sit for 3-4 minutes. Cut off top, remove the seeds and dice into small pieces.
PINEAPPLE PEPPER RELISH: Add diced peppers, pineapple, coriander, lime juice and SIDS SALT & PEPPER to a bowl. Toss to combine everything. Set aside.
Place burger patty on grill. Grill each side for 2-3 minutes.
Toast the buns.
Assembly: bottom bun, spicy mayo, burger patty, avocado mash, pineapple pepper relish, top bun.
