Ingredients
6 eggs
20 g butter
20 g milk
25 ml cream
¼ tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
6 rashers bacon
1 tomato, chopped fine
Directions
Fry the bacon to almost crispy then set aside. Gently mix all the other ingredients together, including SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB, in a steel bowl placed on a pot of near boiling water. (like melting chocolate) Keep mixing slowly until mixture starts to set. Season then serve on toast with bacon on the side.
