Ingredients
24 snails, canned & rinsed
¾ cup olive oil
½ cup diced white onion
2 cloves garlic
2 sprigs rosemary
½ cup SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Dust snails in flour. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent, approximately 4-5 minutes. Add snails, rosemary and continue to sauté for 2 minutes. Add SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR and sauté for another 2 minutes. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and serve immediately with crusty bread.
