Ingredients
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup beef or pork (thin sliced)
1 tbsp SIDS GARLIC SAUCE
2 tsp garlic, fine chopped
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 cups beef stock
3 cups soft tofu
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 kg tuatua or mussels
2 spring onions, sliced

Directions
In a soup pot, stir-fry the beef, garlic, SIDS GARLIC SAUCE and cayenne pepper in the sesame oil for about five minutes. Add beef stock and soy sauce to the pot. Bring to a simmer. Add soft tofu and return to simmer. Add tuatua and simmer until cooked, until they shrink, or the shells open. Remove the shells. Crack the egg into the middle of the pot and leave for 1 minute. Add spring onions and take off heat.
