Ingredients

6 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp NY cut pepper
2 tbsp ground galangal
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
½ tsp salt, to taste
8 chicken thighs
Rice bran oil, to deep fry

Directions

In a bowl, mix together garlic, pepper, galangal, SIDS CRAZY LEMON and salt. Rub onto the chicken, put into a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Pour enough oil into a frypan to 5 cm. Heat to 190°C or very hot but not smoking. Add chicken and fry until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels and serve on rice.
