Ingredients

1.5-2 kg chicken parts, bone-in
⅓ cup flour
1 tsp ground sweet paprika
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
⅓ cup butter

Directions

Preheat the oven to 220°C.
In a pie pan or a wide, shallow bowl combine flour, paprika and SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Put the chicken in the flour mixture, turning to coat thoroughly, or combine the flour and seasonings in a paper bag or plastic food storage bag. Add chicken pieces a few at a time then shake gently to coat.
Put butter in a shallow baking pan and place it in the oven. When the butter has melted, arrange chicken in the baking pan in a single layer, skin side down.
Bake for 30 minutes then turn and bake another 15 minutes, until chicken is tender and done. (at least 73.9°C on a food thermometer)
