Ingredients
1 kg mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, chopped
½ tsp thyme, chopped
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C. Toss the mushrooms in the butter, SIDS LOW SUGAR RASPBERRY VINEGAR, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Arrange in a single layer on a baking pan and roast in oven until the mushrooms are tender, about 20 minutes, mixing half way through.
