Ingredients
1 tbsp rice bran oil
1 garlic clove
200 g spinach
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the garlic for a few seconds. Tip in the spinach and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often until just beginning to wilt. Drizzle over the soy sauce, toss through and scatter with sesame seeds then season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER. Great served with chicken or grills.
