Ingredients
2 cups soybean sprouts
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 stalk scallion
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
5 cups water
Directions
Thoroughly wash soybean sprouts and drain. Remove any bad parts and trim roots, if desired.
In a pot, sauté garlic in soy sauce and sesame oil for 2-3 minutes. Add water, salt, soybean sprouts and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Make sure to cover pot and try not to remove lid as the flavour will spoil.
Chop and garnish with scallion and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER before serving.
