Ingredients
2 white onions, thin sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tin tomatoes
½ tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 small can of tuna
Parmesan cheese, grated
Dried spaghetti for 4
Directions
Cook pasta to al denté then cool with water and drain. Pour pasta back into the pot with a little oil then shake to coat.
Fry the onions in oil and until colour changes. Add SIDS CRAZY SALT, tomatoes, salt and sugar. Mix gently then add tuna. Simmer for 2 minutes then add pasta. Mix gently then bring to simmer then remove from the heat.
Serve topped with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
