The most delicious pasta sauce. Best to make this sauce a day ahead to let the flavours mature. It really does make a difference.

Ingredients
500 g minced beef, lamb or chicken
400 g dried spaghetti
400 g chopped tomatoes
¼ orange capsicum, deseeded & chopped
½ tsp ginger, minced
3 onions, coarsely chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 beef OXO cube
1 tin tomato soup (about 400 g)
2 tsp basil, dried
2 tsp oregano, dried
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp light soy
2 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 tsp ground black pepper
Pinch of curry - (very important)
Rice bran oil, for cooking
Cornflour
Parmesan cheese
Salt, for cooking pasta
Directions
Cook onion, garlic, ginger & pepper until translucent and soft. Set aside then reheat pan with more oil to high and cook the mince, breaking up the lumps and stirring until there is no red visible. Turn heat to low then add orange capsicum and the rest of the ingredients, including SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE. (except the pasta) Simmer covered for 20 minutes. Remove bay leaves then thicken with cornflour mixed with a little water. Cook the pasta then toss with a little oil to keep strands separate and serve. Add the meat sauce then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Don't forget to remove the Bay leaves.
