Ingredients

500 g spaghetti
1 tbsp butter
3 large eggs, beaten
2 tsp SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE
1 cup Tuimato sauce
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Cook the pasta in generously salted water according to the package directions until just shy of al denté. Drain and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Butter a 25 cm round pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the eggs, SIDS RINGS AROUND URANUS SAUCE, Tuimato sauce, SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste and all but 1 tablespoon each of the mozzarella and Parmesan. Add the pasta and toss to coat evenly. Transfer to the pan and sprinkle with the reserved cheeses.
Bake until the top is nicely browned and crisp, 30-35 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before unmoulding.
