Ingredients
3 cups all purpose baking mix
500 g chicken mince
2 tsp Kaitaia Fire
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup milk
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
Mix together Kaitaia Fire, SIDS CRAZY LEMON, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and all of the ingredients in a large bowl, either by hand or with a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
Once combined, form into small balls, about 3 cm in diameter.
Place on baking tray, and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown with an internal temperature of 75°C.
