Ingredients

250 g egg noodles, ramen or rice
⅓ cup soy sauce
1½ tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp peanut oil
5 cloves garlic minced
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ tbsp chilli flakes adjust to taste
½ cup spring onions chopped

Directions

Cook noodles al denté according to package instructions.
In a medium size bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar together. Set aside.
Preheat a frypan with oil to medium low. Add in garlic, SIDS CRAZY SALT and sauté until lightly browned. Add in chilli flakes and cook for 2 minutes.
Add in sauce ingredients and cook for a few minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.
Add noodles and spring onions. Stir to combine it all together and enjoy.
