Ingredients
4 cups of cooked white rice
280 g white or button mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp butter
1 shallot, sliced
1 jalapeno, diced
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ cup wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
Melt the butter in a large frypan over medium-high heat.
Add in the sliced mushrooms and brown, stirring, for 10 minutes. Add the shallot, jalapeño, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and cook for another minute or two.
Deglaze the pan with the wine and reduce for 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce, stir, then add the cooked rice.
Stir together and then season with more SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste if needed.
